TWO WEEKS’ NOTICE FOR ALL CAKES. IF YOU’RE ON A TIGHTER TIMELINE, I’LL DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, BUT THERE MAY BE A LAST MINUTE FEE. THE MORE NOTICE, THE BETTER!

FOR WEDDING AND EVENT CAKES, A 40% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
CELEBRATION CAKES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED.PAYMENT IS VIA BANK TRANSFER.

IF YOU’RE COLLECTING YOUR CAKE, PLEASE PLACE IT ON THE FLAT FLOOR OF THE PASSENGER SIDE — NOT ON A SEAT OR IN SOMEONE’S LAP. DRIVE SLOWLY, AVOID BUMPS, AND KEEP THE CAR COOL — ESPECIALLY IN WARMER MONTHS, WITH THE AC ON HIGH.
PLEASE DON’T CYCLE WITH YOUR CAKE.
THEY’RE DELICATE AND BEST HANDLED WITH CARE IN A CAR.ONCE THE CAKE IS HANDED OVER, I CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT.

ALWAYS CARRY THE CAKE BOX FROM THE BOTTOM, NEVER FROM THE SIDES, AS THIS CAN DAMAGE THE CAKE. KEEP THE BOX LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.
STORE YOUR CAKE IN THE FRIDGE AND REMOVE IT 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING, AS IT SHOULD BE ENJOYED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR AND TEXTURE.
IF YOU’RE STORING THE CAKE OVERNIGHT, BE MINDFUL OF STRONG ODOURS IN YOUR FRIDGE (LIKE ONION OR GARLIC), AS THESE CAN SEEP INTO THE CAKE.

I DON’T WORK WITH A FIXED MENU. INSTEAD, I CREATE CAKES USING SEASONAL INGREDIENTS AND FLAVOURS. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU LOVE (OR WHAT TO AVOID) AND I’LL SUGGEST SOME COMBINATIONS TAILORED TO YOU.
ALL CAKES ARE MADE OF OLIVE OIL BASED SPONGES, TWO TYPES OF FILLINGS AND A SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM. -
WHILE EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES, ALL CAKES ARE PREPARED IN A FACILITY THAT HANDLES COMMON ALLERGENS (E.G. NUTS, DIARY, GLUTEN). PRECAUTION AND CARE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER.
